VP Technical and Business Development

Our client is part of a well-established diversified business group in the Middle East with interest in real estate development, contracting and infrastructure, building solutions, industries, and financial services located in KSA and UAE.  They are seeking to hire a Vice President Technical and Business Development to complement their existing team.

 
Applicants should have a civil engineering degree and preferably experience in business development on infrastructure projects (including BOT or PPP projects). Construction/Project Directors, who have worked with major developers would also qualify.

The selected candidate will be responsible in bringing to bear his technical expertise and experience in supporting the team during:

•  the bidding stages on new projects (on PPP or BOT basis)
  
• project implementation stages for the projects awarded to Company
  
• existing ongoing projects
  

Technical support provided by the candidate will be in the form of detailed analysis of the EPC design, BOQ and related costs along with FM/Operations operating structure, staffing, and asset life cycle maintenance plans.
