We are looking for a professional
and highly organized Store Manager to oversee daily operations at one of the perfume
stores belonging to a leading group in Qatar. The successful Store Manager will
be responsible for the everyday running of the boutique as well as reporting to
company stakeholders and guiding an outstanding store team.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Recruiting and hiring staff for the store to meet the
needs of customers
- Monitor store inventories
- Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
- Handling and managing everyday activities in the store
- Deliver exceptional service to ensure high levels of
customer satisfaction
- Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a
professional manner
- Create business strategies to attract new customers,
expand store traffic, and enhance profitability
- Undertake store administration duties such as managing
store budgets and updating financial records.
- Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure
consistency with product line strategy
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets, and
competitors' activities to identify opportunities and key issues
The Successful Candidate
- Proven
working experience as a store manager or area manager
- You have
previous experience of working in the beauty industry (Perfume field preferred)
- Minimum 5
years of experience in sales
- Comfortable
working with MS Presentation and Excel
- Must have
excellent communication skills in Arabic
- With
available No Objection Certificate (NOC)
- Demonstrate
strong interpersonal communication skills
- An enthusiastic, highly motivated personality that enjoys working within a successful team
- Willingness to travel
