Area Sales Manager (B2B)
Our client who
supports the food preservatives, chemicals and additives businesses, is seeking an Area
Sales Manager who will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth
within UAE/GCC. They will develop and implement sales strategies, build and
maintain customer relationships, and ensure the achievement of sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business
opportunities to expand market share and customer base to achieve weekly,
monthly and annual sales targets.
Develop and execute sales strategies
to achieve or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory and maintain
high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Build strong relationships with key
customers, distributors, and stakeholders.
Prepare and present sales forecasts,
budgets, and reports to senior management on a weekly basis.
Manage sales administration tasks,
including order processing, pricing negotiations, and contract management.
Travel within the assigned territory
to meet with customers, attend trade shows, and participate in industry events.
Requirement:
Bachelors/Masters degree in Business
Administration.
Proven track record of success in
sales, preferably within the food color principal or distributor.
Excellent communication,
negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain
long-term customer relationships.
Self-motivated with a proactive
approach to problem-solving and goal achievement.
Willingness to travel extensively
within the assigned territory.
