Our client is a leading asset management firm is seeking to hire a Real Estate Investment Analyst based in Dubai.
The Real Estate Investment Analyst will be responsible for conducting thorough due diligence on a wide range of real estate opportunities in both regional and global developed markets, encompassing diverse real estate asset classes. The Analyst should possess excellent skills in financial modeling and valuation, enabling the preparation of insightful recommendations and reports to the investment committee.
As an Investment Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating and executing investment opportunities. You will work closely with senior members of the investment team to conduct thorough research, financial analysis, and due diligence. Your insights and recommendations will be instrumental in shaping our investment strategies and driving our portfolio performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of potential investment opportunities
- Perform financial modeling, valuation, and forecasting to assess investment feasibility and potential returns.
- Prepare investment proposals, investment memoranda, and presentation materials for internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and execute investment transactions.
- Monitor and track the performance of existing investments, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience with experience in evaluating investments in Real Estate
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with expertise in investment valuation techniques.
- Proficient in using financial research tools, databases, and Excel for data analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex investment concepts.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
