Real Estate Analyst

Our client, a leading financial services/investment company is looking to hire Real Estate Analyst with at least 3 years’ of financial modeling experience working in commercial real estate.

Job Description

• Develop pro forma cash flow projections and valuations for multiple property types, including retail, office/industrial and multifamily assets, etc...
  
• Organize and present data analysis, draw objective conclusions and make recommendations for modeling parameters and assumptions
  
• Comprehend property’s financial statements in detail and consult on underwriting direction, scope, assumptions, turnaround time, etc.
  
• Find and recommend comparable property sales for all product types
  
• Research and analyze market conditions in local, regional, or international areas
  
• Maintain relationships with fund managers, asset managers by advising on research, market conditions and financial content
  
• Analysis and due diligence of real estate private direct investments, joint-ventures, club deals, co-investments, funds and secondary transactions
  
• Research and analysis of considered  real estate markets
  
• Ongoing monitoring of private equity real estate portfolio investments by periodic visits of operators/managers, assets and advisory board/investor meetings
  
• Participating in marketing initiatives for new private equity real estate products
  
• Understanding of institutional investment standard
  

Location: Dubai

• Minimum of 3 years’ of financial modeling experience working in commercial real estate

• Detail-oriented, organized, reliable, highly productive and efficient
