Our client the largest insurance company in
the region, seeks to recruit a highly skilled Product
Manager-Insurance for their fully integrated digital infrastructure platform company based
in Qatar.
o Develop
database architectural strategies at the modeling, design, and implementation
stages to address business or industry requirements.
o Extensive
database programming experience in writing Oracle PLSQL Stored procedures,
Functions, Triggers, Constraints, and indexes using various DDL and DML commands.
o Knowledge
in JAVA
o Define the
product strategy and roadmap.
o Manage the
product throughout its lifecycle from concept to end-of-life.
o Collect, manage,
and maintain traceability of requirements from all stakeholders across product
releases.
o Monitor,
report and improve product performance.
o Work with
internal stakeholders and third parties to assess and establish partnerships.
o Experience in
design and development of enterprise-grade applications
o Maintain and
prioritize the product backlog, participate in daily scrum meetings, planning,
reviews and retrospectives.
o Well versed
with Waterfall & Agile project methodologies
o Ability
to lead complex/mid-sized projects.
o Experienced in
development & maintenance projects.
o Ability to
support frontend developers (Java)
o Core/Advanced
Java knowledge would be a plus.
o Experience
with aggregating large data sets, specifically within a data warehouse
environment
o Experience in
working with complex large scale source systems and business intelligence
technologies.
o Troubleshooting
and correcting issues with existing applications in the data warehouse
environment.
