Our client, which is a diversified business group, is looking to hire a National Sales Head for the beverages portfolio.
An ideal candidate for this role shall have minimum experience 10 to 15 years’ experience in FMCG with exposure in the General Trade channel. Additionally, sales experience in Horeca/ Food Service would be a plus.

The key responsibilities of this role shall be:

-Develop and implement effective sales strategies
-Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
-Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
-Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
-Identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
-Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
