Our client,
a dynamic and innovative company in the aviation sector, is currently seeking a seasoned HR
professional to join their team in a leadership role.
Leading
the development and execution of human capital strategies aligned with the
company's business plans and strategic vision is the key responsibility of this role. The
incumbent will be instrumental in driving excellence in HR operations, employee
relations, talent management, organizational development, performance
management, and compensation. The ultimate goal is to ensure a high-performing
and engaged workforce, contributing significantly to the company's overall
success.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, align HR strategies and initiatives with business objectives and refine policies
to meet evolving needs.
- Direct talent
strategies including acquisition, development, and retention of talent.
- Oversee
recruitment, onboarding, training, and succession, resolve issues relating to employee relations, work environment and foster a
positive atmosphere.
- Lead change
management and team building, manage performance system, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Oversee and manage performance appraisal system that
drives high performance by adopting international best practices.
- Analyze HR
metrics to drive decision-making and insights.
- Recommend
budget improvements, efficient resource use, contribute
to strategic alignment and formulation.
- Develop/enforce
policies, optimize resource utilization and contribute to effective change management.
- Drive ongoing
departmental improvement, supervise, guide direct reports for performance and recruitmen, provide training and feedback for development.
- Ensure that strategy is translated into operational
business plans and objectives for the department to conform continuous
improvement.
- Provide on-the-job training, constructive feedback to
support the overall development of the team.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's/Master's Degree in HR
along with relevant certifications like PHR, CIPD, or SHRM.
- Proficiency in
English and Arabic
- Advanced MS
Office skills, proficiency in HR systems, databases.
- Minimum 13
years' HR management experience, including 5 years in leadership
- In-depth Saudi labor law, HR best practices
- Strong
analytical, problem-solving skills with exceptional
leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
