General Manager Legal, Manufacturing

We are seeking a highly experienced General Manager Legal. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal support and advice to various senior stakeholders in the business and ensuring that all legal matters related to the company's operations are handled effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal support and advice to various senior stakeholders in the business.

• Participate in the preparation of legal documentation related to the day-to-day management of the various operating entities.

• Provide legal advice and contribute to analyses relating to corporate governance issues, dispute resolution, and other legal matters.

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to maximize negotiations and minimize risk.

• Review and negotiate commercial contracts with clients, partners, suppliers, and other third parties.

• Cooperate with various government bodies to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

Key Requirements:

• A minimum of 15 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in a manufacturing setting.

• Demonstrated experience in contributing to the legal framework in large-scale greenfield manufacturing operations.

• Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and other relevant legal areas. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
