Requirements
The ideal candidate:
CA/CPA qualified with 5 years of experience.
Proficiency in financial modeling.
Prior experience in financial analysis, preferably in real estate.
Knowledge of real estate valuation techniques and familiarity with industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
