Employee Relations Officer ( Emirati )

Note: Only Emiratis with relevant experience will be shortlisted

Our client, a leading conglomerate based in Abu Dhabi, is looking to hire an Employee Relations Officer.

The Employee Relations Officer will be responsible for

- Working closely with the HR department to increase employee engagement

- Providing support in the various human resource functions, which include staffing, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counseling

Candidate Requirements:

- Should be Emirati

- Should speak and write in English fluently

- Should be flexible with work timings depending on the CEO's schedule. Should be able to work late if the CEO is working late

- Should be organized

- 3 to 6 years of relevant experience
