Job Summary
-Accountable for achieving
defined DPSM (Distribution, Pricing, Shelving and Merchandising) KPI’s for
ecommerce customers
-Developing E-Commerce strategy, road map and generating sales
from marketplaces such as souq.com, noon. Com and own e-commerce websites.
-Manage and own E- Commerce websites handling end to end process
from product listing till final delivery.
-Managing day to day operations like order processing,
invoicing, inventory control, stock transfers, generate manifest and
prepare orders.
-Maintaining accuracy of inventory listed online.
-Online Catalogue Management including title, descriptions and
images.
-Follow up and coordination with marketing team internally by
ensuring the contents are created and updated on time.
-Order monitoring from enquiry, payment and delivery.
-Develop and manage timely and proactive response and/or
processes with customer service issues/ enquiries.
-Liaising with internal stakeholders in sales, marketing, logistics,
finance and sales analytics to drive the e-commerce agenda
-Reports preparation, monthly sales reports, weekly stock
update.
-Proficient in SEO, Keywords, Digital Marketing etc.
Skills and
Experience
-Bachelor’s degree in a business related field, Masters’
degree preferred
-Experience in Key Account management, managing e-commerce
account
-Experience in Opencart and Woocommerce
-Up-to-date with the latest digital trends, especially
ones related to e-commerce capabilities
-Excellent
product knowledge in Automobile accessories and content writing capabilities
(preferred).
-Strong financial and analytical skills
-Knowledge of direct and indirect commercial relationship
-Excellent communication skills in English. Arabic
preferred
-Understanding of digital KPIs and conversion drivers
-Regional experience in the UAE
