Our client is a
leading manufacturer and retailer of mattresses and bedding accessories and is
part of a reputed UAE conglomerate. They are seeking a Senior Sales Manager to
drive revenue for the business and lead a team of 70 across their 20 retail
stores, hospitality channels and dealer networks across the Middle including
UAE, KSA, Egypt, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman and North Africa. The Senior
Sales Manager will report director to the Managing Director.
Some of the job
responsibilities include:
1. Shall
be responsible for achieving sales and collection targets in the given
territory and for managing Company Showrooms, Dealers and Hospitality
Customers.
2. Shall
be responsible for Business development including providing leadership to the
Sales Team of more than 70 sales force, in the Middle East which comprises of
Egypt, KSA, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman and North Africa.
3.
Responsibility also includes designing different strategies for various markets
including recruiting, training, team building, motivating, understanding market
needs and launching new products for various segments.
4. Should
be a good thinker, strategist, team player and must come up with innovative
ideas for improving business in the territory.
5. The
Company has leading presence with more than 60% market share in the premium
segment of Mattress industry and it would be the responsibility of the
incumbent to sustain and improve the business.
6. Shall
be also responsible for conducting training programs for Company’s sales staff
and dealer salesman.
Candidate
Requirements:
1.Should
be a Post Graduate in Management from a premiere Indian institute.
2. Should
have at least 15 years’ experience handling Retail, Hospitality and Dealer
Segments in GCC in the consumer durable industry like mattresses.
3. Should
have at least 10 years’ experience in managing sales force in GCC.
