Our client is a Private Shareholding Company based in Abu Dhabi since 2000 with elite local Shareholders in the field of Building Construction.


They are Special Grade Category Contractor in Abu Dhabi which provides turnkey low rise residential and housing solutions for our prestigious clients using 3D construction panel system.


They are looking to hire a Business Development Manager with back ground of Civil Engineering.



·          Having good knowledge about construction system and their cost in UAE.

·         Following up new business opportunities (new projects under design) in Abu Dhabi through his/her strong network and arranging business development meetings with prospective clients

·         Bringing new clients to the company

·         Getting close relation with engineering consultancy in order to contribute our value engineering service to clients before tendering

·         Leading marketing activities (exhibition, e-marketing…etc)

·         Developing growth strategies and plans

·         Payment collection follow-up

·         Preparing presentations, brochures and their distribution to the clients.

·         Communicating our product developments to prospective clients

·         Monthly visit reports in details and provide management with feedback

·         Build strong relationships with new and existing customers


The Successful Applicant

·         Must be a Civil engineer 

·         Arabic speaking, age min. 35 years, overall experience min 15 years (min. 7 - 8 years recent Abu Dhabi experience)

·         Unemployed (or ready to join immediately), he/she has to be based in Abu Dhabi.

·         Can be from the Real estate developers, Engineering consultant offices, Government housing programs, projects’ clients, main contractors…etc.
