We are looking for Operations Manager for client who will be responsible for coordinating the daily
restaurant management operations, delivering superior food and beverage
service. Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer
complaints to maximize customer satisfaction
Typical
job responsibilities include:
Coordinate in
the daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
Planning
Menus on a regular basis based on customer requirements
Control
operational costs and identify measures to cut cost
Regularly
review product quality and research new vendors
Overseeing stock levels and ordering supplies as required
Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and
cleaning products
Ensure
compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and Safety legislation/guidelines
Manage
restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it
Promote the
brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events
Recommend
ways to reach a broader audience (e.g. discounts and social media ads)
Implement
policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
Create
detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
Preparing and
presenting staffing/sales reports
Greeting and
advising customers
Handling customer enquiries and complaints
Liaising with Suppliers, Sales department, Accounts
Department & HR Department
Handling
Administration and Paperwork
Training and
Supervising the staffs
Organize and
schedule shifts
Setting targets on daily or weekly basis
Appraise
staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
Train new and
current employees on proper customer service practices
Requirements
· Bachelors Degree (Hotel
Management/Hospitality or any related field) & Masters will be an added
advantage
· Excellent Communication skills (Fluent in
English & Arabic preferred)
· 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
· Can manage multiple outlets
· Should be available to join immediately
· Location: Al Ain
