Our client, an internationally renowned producer of building materials is looking for a Project Sales Manager for Iraq who would be responsible for Sales and New Business Development for the Projects segment. The role will involve building relationships with the key stakeholders and influencer groups like the Real Estate Developers, Architects, Interior Designers and contractors in the Project Sales segment for securing specifications for products and ultimately maximization of sales. The Project Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the entire Sales process from discovery to delivery and post sales customer contact.




Requirements

He or she would be responsible to -

  • Increase the brand presence in the market by identifying key partnerships with Real Estate Developers, Architects, Contractors &/or Interior Designers.
  • Generate new leads, identify & qualify each business opportunity, contact decision makers and recommend the company's products that match both the customer needs as well as our business needs.
  • Visit prospective clients at commercial or industrial establishments to show samples or catalogs, and to inform them about product pricing, availability, and advantages.
  • Be up to date with the current and upcoming projects, getting orders, creating new client base, monitoring credit control and payment collection.
  • Act as a professional advisor for our products and assume leadership role between RAK Ceramics and its clients
  • and, in so doing, derive maximum value from business.
  • Monitor and evaluate market trends and customer drivers, and meet frequently with managers and stakeholders
  • to discuss strategy.
  • Develop, present, &/or respond to proposals for specific client requirements, including request for proposal
  • responses and industry-specific solutions.
  • Create sales analysis report on regular basis to understand the performance. Monitor and analyze the reasons of
  • lost projects / customers and work closely to regain the lost projects / customers.
