Manager Operations (Cleaning Division)

Our client is a leading business group in the UAE with longstanding operations. They are one of the leaders in Cleaning Services offering cleaning staff and cleaning services to large and reputed corporates in the region. They are seeking an Manager Operations for their cleaning division.

The Manager Operations will be responsible for heading the cleaning division operations and managing a large team in operations as well as more 3000 cleaning staff. Some of the responsibilities include:

• Lead operations and cleaning staff of more than 3000 employees and ensure highest quality standards are met

• Maximize client satisfaction by setting high service standards and attending to complaints proactively

• Travel and manage staff across 4000 working sites

The ideal candidate:

• Graduate/Civil Engineering with experience in the cleaning industry – minimum 10 years overall and 3 years in same role.

• Experience managing 1000s of staff and managing operations for multiple site locations

Experience in the cleaning services / facility management is required.
