Our client, which is over 100 years old Japanese consumer electronics is looking to hire a Logistics Executive for the Middle East & Africa operations.
An ideal candidate for this role should be a fluent Chinese speaker along with knowledge of planning, organizing, and managing the logistics operations for the organization.
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Coordinate and monitor
supply chain operations.
- Ensure premises, assets
and communication ways are used effectively.
- Utilize logistics IT to
optimize procedures.
- Supervise orders and
arrange stocking of raw materials and equipment to ensure they meet needs.
- Communicate with
suppliers, retailers, customers etc. to achieve profitable deals and
mutual satisfaction.
- Plan and track the
shipment of final products according to customer requirements.
- Keep logs and records of
warehouse stock, executed orders etc.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, MS PPT, ERP (preferably SAP), LC and JAFZA Customs.
