Our client, a regionally prominent diversified business group is looking for a Human Resources Head with a background in facilities services and construction. The role offers a new set of challenges, long-term growth and a lucrative compensation scheme.

Our client’s ideal candidate -
should have experience developing the policies and procedures manual for the HR department.
should be able to managing an appraisal and increment plan for the foreseeable future.
should work with the public relations department to ensure the finalization of applications for employees at the Ministries and Governmental Departments.
should be able to systemize all paper work and minimize lead time for the HR related processes.
should work directly with the payroll team to develop and modify several internal bylaws to comply with UAE labor law.
should be able to understand and contend with legislative, operational and sustainability requirements.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Over 10 years of experience
Experience in developing and implementing various HR processes & initiatives.
A background in facilities management and construction.
