We require a Head of Sales and Investments for our client for a reputed family group, to head their real estate business in the UAE.
The selected candidate would be expected to buy and sell property including freehold/ leasehold lands, residential building, as well as underwrite schemes for projects and bulk/complete floors.
Experience in the above as well project development feasibility studies of small to medium residential and commercial projects as well as luxury and mater planned communities and managing portfolio of real estate assets would be considered relevant experience for the role.
The selected candidate will be offered an attractive fixed compensation and a bonus linked to profits generated in the business.
