General Manager - Operations F&B

Our client, a leading retail conglomerate is seeking to hire a General Manager Operations for their Food and Beverage division to be responsible for strategy, overseeing the day to day operations of the business and provide support in the developmental and financial success of the assigned outlets. The position reports to the CEO.

·         Oversee the daily operations of the restaurants

·         Oversee key hiring and talent development programs.

·         Manages the restaurant to achieve maximum profitability

·         Conduct market research on consumer needs and demands

·         Responsible for P&L calculations for all restaurants’ operations

·         Handles customers queries and provides information related to service

·         Maintain knowledge of product and service quality standard for each brand

·         Develop and implement the sales and marketing strategy for multiple brands

·         Ensure all systems, procedures are followed and implemented consistently

·         Ensure all store appearances and equipment’s are maintained to standard

·         Establish and maintain professional business relations with customers, guests and suppliers.

·         Supervise and manage staff performance through clear objectives and regular appraisals

·         Ensure overall delivery and quality of the unit's offerings to customers

·         Plays an active role in marketing the restaurant brands and devising promotional programs

Requirements:

·         Strong experience in managing F&B operations for multiple brands and across multiple countries especially UAE.

·         Strong knowledge of consumer behavior and trends in the UAE.

·         Demonstrated ability to run operations efficiently while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

·         Strong experience with leveraging best marketing practices.

·         Good communication skills
