Our client, an AgTech and farming company, is developing a hydroponics farm specializing in vertical farming. It is looking to hire a General Manager to take over the day to day farm operations.
Key Responsibility Areas
- Manage farm with respect to raising, harvesting, packaging and marketing far produce to various channels.
- Manage all investment decisions including purchase of all farm machinery.
- Prepare all financial and management reports.
- Business Development including strategy, markets and product innovation.
- Prior experience of leading large scale farming operations.
- Bachelor's and/ or Master's degree in agriculture.
