Our client, one of the leading retail firm is seeking a Director of Operations to lead operations for multiple stores across categories in FMCG and F&B.
The Director of Operations will be responsible for -
> Lead and oversee a successful operational and financial launch of the business
> Leading a robust and highly engaged operations team of 400 employees and delivering outstanding customer service to customers and key stakeholders
> Put in place strong operational processes to delivery exceptional results and increase profits
> Drive and deliver store contribution by continuously optimizing all operational levers.
> Develop KPIs and tracking tools
> Select train and onboard a team of 400 staff
What our client is looking for in candidates -
> Minimum of 10 years of management experience in retail operations preferable having worked across multiple retail categories
> Demonstrated ability to lead large operations teams
> Intricate knowledge of operational processes and KPIs
> Strategic as well as hand on well. The person should understand what is happening at the ground level
> Strong knowledge of ERP - SAP knowledge is a preference
> Ability to form strong relationships with key stakeholders
