Development Director
Our
client are pioneers in real estate development in the UAE and have been
instrumental in developing Dubai's most iconic projects and are publicly
listed. They are seeking to recruit a Property Development Director to
spearhead their entire property development with overall additional
responsibility for marketing and sales.
The selected candidate will be
responsible for :
- Identifying profitable business opportunities in the UAE as well as
globally.
- Developing, leading and successfully implementing the Property
Development, Marketing and Sales strategies with primary focus on Real
Estate Development and allied services.
- He/she will build an optimum organization structure, team, systems,
procedures, and policies to support the successful implementation of
plans.
- Propose, plan, and achieve Financial and Operational targets to
develop and scale up growth in line with the long-term vision of the
company.
- Market research, competitor
analysis and develop applicable pricing models. Implement MIS to report
progress on goals and targets.
- Design relevant strategy for
pre-launch and post-launch phase.
