Our Client is an integrated Advertising Creative and Digital Media agency having a team of 30 professionals drawn in from 8 nationalities in a true multi-cultural and multinational environment. They work with a wide range of reputed clients comprising of regional and international brands across diverse product categories such as consumer goods, real estate, banking, retail, shopping malls, FMCG, healthcare, IT, government bodies/ministries, corporate houses etc. Their business portfolio is spread across UAE, GCC, Africa, Europe and India. Most of their client relationships are long drawn, some even over 10 years.

 

To expand their current team they are looking to hire a Digital Media Director/Head of Digital Media having overall experience in Digital Media planning and buying, Creating digital strategies and drive the agency services in all digital spaces.. This role reports to the Client Servicing Director .

 

Job Description

·         Lead on digital strategy and acquisitions/performance media for agency’s clients

·         Drive agency services in all digital media areas of google display, search (SEO/SEM), programmatic, affiliates/ third party, social media, mobile, video, e-commerce etc.

·         Bring in efficiencies across digital media functions including planning, buying, implementation and measurement

·         Buying media from multiple partners & channels for global markets 

·         Strong relationships with lead generation vendors, affiliates, publishers like Facebook, google etc. and partner media agencies while planning, buying and trafficking all digital media 

·         Develop media plans for digital campaigns of agency’s clients on the basis of campaign objectives/KPI’s like awareness or lead generation 

·         Research inputs on competitors, market, channels, online trends in order to recommend/strategize digital media campaigns 

·         Create monitoring reports with campaign analysis, learnings etc. 

 

Knowledge of Platforms

·         Must have strong understanding in management of DMPs, DSPs, analytical tools such as google analytics, Ad-servers, social analysis, social listening and other tools 

·         Experience/knowledge of developing codes for campaign tracking & development of landing page/ website will be added advantage.

 

Profile

·         At least 10-12 years+ experience in a reputed Media Agency into digital media management and media planning + buying  

·         Commercially driven to ensure profitability with leadership skills, relationship management and excellent presentation/communication skills

·         Support agency growth across new business and existing clients

·         Work closely with integrated agency team of planner, creative directors, social media team, content writers and also with external media vendors

·         Friendly and confident personality with a positive & collaborative attitude
