Digital Marketing Specialist

Our client, an up and coming B2C E-Commerce startup in Dubai with the strong backing of a MNC, is looking to hire a Customer Acquisition Manager/Digital Marketing Specialist to support and optimize growth of leads and sales to their e-commerce platform. It is an interesting opportunity to be part of a company that is looking to revolutionize a very traditional industry. The position is based in Dubai.

The Customer Acquisition Manager (Digital) will be the company expert on customer acquisition and drive digital acquisition strategy and execution across platforms including mobile/tablet/desktop. The person will have strong understanding of digital marketing including SEO, Paid Search, Social Media Advertising, Affiliates, Online Marketing campaigns, email marketing. The role will have the opportunity to work with agencies on campaign setup, optimizing and reporting.

- An Entrepreneurial can-do spirit with the ability to very hands on

- Must be data driven and possess analytical thinking and a knack for solving tough problems

- Expert understanding of website optimization, SEO, Paid Search, Google Analytics, Paid social media advertising including    Instagram and Facebook

- Should posses experience of optimizing advertising budgets and should be familiar with analyzing and reporting on effectiveness of ad campaigns.
