Our client, which is a reputed, large, and dominant bank in the region, is looking to hire a Customer Insights and Advocacy Manager.

Key Responsibility Areas

  • Manage the day to day operations of customer analytic team to drive customer experience growth goals.
  • In depth understanding in analyzing data collected from different sources on voice of customers and link it with business data to valuable insights resulting into higher revenue ad margins.
  • Process complex and large data set using advance queries, visualization and analytics tools data cleansing with the objective of making conclusions for decision making purpose
  • Perform Customer profiling trend and sampling.
  • Applying business, statistical, predictive modeling and sentiment analysis expertise to identify underlying trends.
  • Design, develop dashboard, metrics, regular/ad-hoc reports in a simple visual representation, to be shared with business unit and management members for key business decisions.
  • Automate reports/dashboard to reduce manual intervention and errors for speedy reporting.
  • Design and distribute Transnational & Relational Surveys for all stakeholders - qualitative and quantitative surveys (including testing of new products and services)
  • Ability of using the survey platform deeply, this is including: scripting the questionnaire, distributing the survey using different ways, perform the analysis techniques and create the report and the dashboards.

Candidate Requirement

  • Bachelors in IT, Mathematics, Statistics
  • Advance certificate in Data Analysis
  • 10 years’ experience in market research and business analytics
  • Hands on experience in Data analytics , digital analysis, Statistical analysis and predictive modeling
  • High skills in dashboard management and report automation
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with ability to distill large data sets into meaningful insights and takeaways.
  • Strong technical skills, SQL, SSIS, SAS, Tableau, MS Excel and VBA Macro
