Our client, which is one of the largest building materials manufacturer of the world, is looking to hire a Country Sales Manager for the USA market.
The role will be based in the East Coast, but will cater to the entire country.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Overall accountability of developing market and business development in the assigned region
- Responsible for budgeted value and volume sales and profitability
- Budgeting and demand forecasting over a period for the assigned region
- Develop sales strategy for assigned market covering value, volume, profitably, new business development and pricing plans, aligned to the business budget and goals
- End to end accountability from sales/service up to collection and relationship management
- Continual tracking of performance for key accounts and monitoring average selling price and profitability from sales/ service up to collection and relationship management
- Continual tracking of performance for key accounts and monitoring average selling price and profitability for each customer and taking corrective action
- Connection with distribution channel will be an added advantage
- Establish, develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers for revenue generation and service
- Provide inputs to product development team on new developments / market requirements
- Regular reporting to the higher management on the market situation and trends
- Coordinating with marketing, product development , production , technical services and logistics team
Experience Required
- Resident of the East Coast Area of US
- Knowledge of tile industry – minimum of 3 year
- With previous working experience as sales manager of US Manufacturing companies
- Travel of at least 3 weeks in a month
