Our client, which is one of the largest building materials manufacturer of the world, is looking to hire a Country Sales Manager for the USA market.


The role will be based in the East Coast, but will cater to the entire country.


Key Roles and Responsibilities 

  • Overall accountability of developing market and business development in the assigned region
  • Responsible for budgeted value and volume sales and profitability
  • Budgeting and demand forecasting over a period for the assigned region
  • Develop sales strategy for assigned market covering value, volume, profitably, new business development and pricing plans, aligned to the business budget and goals
  • End to end accountability from sales/service up to collection and relationship management
  • Continual tracking of performance for key accounts and monitoring average selling price and profitability from sales/ service up to collection and relationship management
  • Continual tracking of performance for key accounts and monitoring average selling price and profitability for each customer and taking corrective action
  • Connection with distribution channel will be an added advantage
  • Establish, develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers for revenue generation and service
  • Provide inputs to product development team on new developments / market requirements
  • Regular reporting to the higher management on the market situation and trends
  • Coordinating with marketing, product development , production , technical services and logistics team


Experience Required 

  • Resident of the East Coast Area of US
  • Knowledge of tile industry – minimum of 3 year
  • With previous working experience as sales manager of US Manufacturing companies
  • Travel of at least 3 weeks in a month
