Our client, a leading international manufacturer of building materials is looking for a Country Sales Manager for Israel, who will be responsible for driving partnerships with distributors/wholesalers of building material. He or she will manage distributor or wholesaler performance to achieve annual sales targets, while developing trust and strong partnerships to ensure sustainable long-term growth and effectively executing the distribution strategy.
The incumbent will be expected:
- To build a strong distribution network in the area, collaborate with distributors/wholesalers, manage business relationships with them, monitor their performance, credit control and payment collection.
- Support senior management in strategic planning and setting business direction with a view to increase market share with improved profitability for the market.
- Involve in key customer demonstrations, training and presentations to increase awareness of our products.
- Access, clarify and validate the needs of distributors at regular intervals and maintain a high satisfaction rate. Help them with any promotional marketing associated with the distribution network.
- Participate in demand planning process with distributors/wholesalers that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.
- Conducting research on market trends, analyzing competitor activities like their pricing tactics in the market and assessing opportunities for business development.
