Our client, a leading automotive spare parts manufacturer and after sales services provider is looking to hire a competent and energetic Country Manager to head sales function for Qatar and lead the growth of the spare parts and technical services business.
The responsibilities of the Country Manager include:
-Promoting automotive components and technical services offerings of the company to customers of the company
-Growing customer accounts and acquiring new customers
-Creating and executing strategic sales plans for the brands
-Gathering market information and data about competitors
-Professionally manage branch and motivate team members to achieve annual sales targets for the region.
What our client is looking for in candidates:
-Demonstrated success in selling automotive components and technical support services
-5-8 years sales experience preferred with automotive spare parts and after sales service
-Education preferred in either automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, production engineering from an accredited academic institution
-Persuasive communicator with experience of operating at all seniority levels
-Proactive personality, hands on and self motivated
-Displays strong leadership and ability to motivate others
-Fluency in Arabic is required.
