Our client, a globally prominent retailer has mandated vacancies for a cluster HR manager.

They will be responsible for the following - 

Develop and connect with employees at a store level

o   Partner with Store Manager in Recruiting and onboarding staff as per standards

o   Actively coach staff on navigating job issues, career concerns

o   Ensure a balance of Organizational goals and employee needs

o   Partner with Managers and coach them effective performance management, feedback and process adherence.

o   Act on HR helpdesk queries by conducting investigations and taking disciplinary actions as per process


·       Drive effectiveness of learning, focused on increasing productivity

o   Ensure completion of allocated learning modules by employees

o   Partner with Manager in conducting assessments for L&D initiatives

o   Ensure adoption of Learning management system at store level

o   Organize and facilitate engagement activities at a store level


·       Collaborate with region & corporate

o   Ensure dissemination of all important and relevant communication for the relevant cluster

o   Update and maintain recruitment & learning databases for periodic review

o   Provide employee inputs (joining, letters, data changes, transfer, payroll, attendance, leave, exit) to Corporate for smooth running of processes


·       Assist periodically with special projects as required


·       Bachelor’s degree preferred

·       3 to 6 years of experience in HR or 4 to 8 years of retail experience (with interest in people)

·       Prior experience in Retail would be an advantage

·       Basic skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

·       Should be able to communicate effectively in both English and Arabic

·       Interpersonal & negotiation skills

·       Planning, organization and decision-making ability

·       Knowledge of HR systems (Taleo & Oracle) preferred

·       Basic Knowledge of Saudi labor law
