Our client, a leading bank in the region, are seeking a CEO to head their subsidiary in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia engaged in investment banking, asset management and private banking business.
Candidates would come from an investment banking background with experience in corporate advisory, capital market offerings, private placements, M&A, etc. Additionally, some experience in the asset management or private banking would be an advantage.
In this role the selected candidate will be expected to
-Formulate and implement strategy for the business.
-Oversee the development of operating and capital expenditure budgets of the business. Ensure that appropriate financial systems and controls are in place and monitor all aspects of financial performance.
-Periodically review the performance of the businesses against the financial plans laid down.
-Maintain the adequacy and soundness of the governance and controls in the businesses in close co-ordination with Risk, Compliance and Audit functions of the Bank.
-Deliver growth and profitability as per the plan and budget for the business
