» Interacting with the customer, end users, technical leads and vendors to gather requirements to meet and manage the solutions .
» Responsible for documenting those requirements and working with the teams (customer, vendors, and internal engineers) to design, develop and oversee support that meet the customers requirements and maximize availability of those systems.
» Responsible for overall voice network operation, administration & management of customer voice network, UC.
» Responsible for performing advanced support and routine complex troubleshooting activities, working independently under minimal supervision.
» Performing changes and administration of  Avaya features of telephony, UC, VC.
» Carrying out administration and managing Avaya conference solutions.
» Carrying out administration and managing SM,SBC, Multimedia Messaging and presence solutions.
» Actively Participation in planned Activities, patch deployment, firmware upgrades, Outages, Network Maintenance Activities.
» Performing Pre and Post checks during planned maintenance activity.
» Performing preventive maintenance of the system.
» Working very closely with customer to understand their future requirements, also help customer in planning to avoid the re occurrence of issues and provide a permanent fix.
» Working and providing resolutions on Incidents raised by users on any issue related to VOIP/Avaya.
