Our client is a leading multinational consumer electronics company who is seeking to hire an Accounts and Admin Assistant to manage financial, accounting and administrative data with focus on payables and back-up accounts receivable process. The role will also require to manage travel bookings and offer admin support to the General Manager.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
-Managing the entire AP process including (Marketing / NPS claims , Admin / Personnel Claims, Freight / Logistics payables)
-Maintain the PO management records.
-Provide Deductions / Additions to Payroll
-Timely settlement of payments / payables.
-Maintaining Bank accounts and BRS
-Book all flights as directed by HR department.
-Coordinate with the travel agent on all reservations and maintain records diligently.
-Secure information and prepare documentations for visa applications.
-Maintain a monthly travel report on the shared drive.
-Maintain inventory of pantry supplies, stationery and other office equipment. Report low stocks and coordinate orders for the same.
-Coordinate all incoming and outgoing couriers
-Prepare accurate reports as required by management on daily/weekly/monthly basis.
-Cash management – Cash Position analysis and maintaining healthy bank accounts.
-3 year of experience in a similar role
-Proficient in accounting principles and good book keeping skills
-Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance from a recognized university
-MBA/CPA (Philippines preferred)
-Secretarial qualification preferred but not essential
