The selected candidate will work closely with the Category Marketing
Manager, to develop and implement brand plans and consumer activities in a
planned and structured manner across the region. This is to ensure an increase in
brand pull among customers as well as to enhance brand equity. The role will
focus on brand plans and business opportunities identified in the UAE market
across the whole. Together with the Marketing Manager, the selected person will
assess the market to identify and action opportunities, ensure all activities
and events contribute to building brand equity, identify opportunities in the
market to present the brands from a consumer perspective, conduct category & brand related market
research, competitive analysis and marketing audits to evaluate effectiveness
of marketing programs. The person will also utilize his resources to
manage key accounts, (through the Key Account Managers reporting into the
position) develop and expand each category’s presence and encourage their
participation in all promotional activities, thus building enduring
relationships with them. .

Preference is for a post graduate with 6-9
years of Sales/ Marketing experience from the FMCG/Drinks industry.
