Job Description

Our client is seeking to recruit experienced professionals to lead the Personal Loans sales team in Abu Dhabi. The main responsibility would be to plan, drive team and achieve the sales target set for personal loans for Abu Dhabi Region.

The incumbent would be assigned a team of 4 - 5 Relationship Managers with a total team size of 40 or more resources. The job holder would be reporting directly to the Head of Personal Loans (UAE).

Candidate Profile

To be short listed for this role applicant should have:

1.    At least 7 years of experience in selling Personal Loans
2.    A minimum of 1.5 years of experience in managing a team of total size not less than 25 resources.
3.    At least 3 years of current or previous experience in Abu Dhabi market in Personal Loans sales.
