The Strategic Sales Manager – Reports directly to the MEA Strategic Sales Manager and will be responsible for leading Country Strategic Sales in identifying and developing business opportunities, to help achieve company strategic business sales targets and objectives, through its development and implementation, in the designated Country. Strategic Sales are identified by a customer who has the potential to deliver a minimal CM1 value of USD 100,000.00 per annum across the entire Supply Chain. Detailed responsibilities include: Business Development 1. Work in parallel with the MEA SAS Manager to identify, develop and target future Strategic Accounts that hold the return deliverable greater than USD 100,000.00 2. Sell and review Supply Chains within Strategic Customers delivering a range of solutions from End to End 3. Work on your own initiative, along with the FS and KAM Sales Channels in developing and maintain a pipeline that reflects the core target customers that fit the company Strategic guidelines. 4. Develop FS and KAM channels to identifying potential, out of the box, Supply Chain Solutions with their customer bases where they can effectively leverage the role to develop a new business win using BD Engineering philosophy 5. Deliver strategic sales (new accounts) in accordance with company strategic target, commercial strategy and guidelines 6. Support/lead development and business expansion of existing key accounts in conjunction with key account managers. 7. Manage and develop strategic sales pipeline in accordance with strategic sales targets and company sales methodologies and processes. 8. Prepare, lead and assist project implementation for new customers and contracts until adequately anchored with key accounts department. 9. Monitor the sales performance and take corrective actions as necessary. 10. Work closely with country Product Managers, CCO’ and COO’ to ensure that pipeline development is in line with expectations 11. Develop and drive Strategic Customers with SOP development, implementation timelines, Contract Logistics roll outs and work in parallel with Implementation Team to ensure hand over proficiency 12. Manage BD Engineering process along with Cappex Depreciation modules against assets, investments and infrastructure. 13. Develop and implement KPI Monitoring for all Strategic Customers in the geography 14. Actively sell new business within Strategic Customers, in line with the Country’ CM1 CRM Budgets and forecasts, whilst ensuring that Conversion performance is delivered within MEA expectations

1. Bachelor degree 2. BD Engineering experience of 1 years 3. 3 years of experience Knowledge of sea and air freight, warehousing and distribution, and documentation requirements in the geography. Key Competencies 1. Behavioral - Strategic business development and consultative selling experience. - Experience with selling SCM and contract logistics solutions. - Good analytical/conceptual skills combined with strategic acumen. - Out of the box approach to End to End Solution mapping - Commercial awareness of international trade. - Open-minded, good communicator , aware of differences, culturally and otherwise and ability to use this knowledge 2. Technical - BD Engineering - Powerpoint - RFQ Writing and Responding experience
