Key responsibilities will include directing and managing the operations and staff of the Resourcing Department, managing the organizational development and training, employee and labor relations, conducting wage surveys, working with project and technical directors to understand their resource requirements, developing job descriptions, policy development and documentation.

Candidate Profile |

The ideal candidate should have an HR qualification and at least twenty years work experience of which at least five years should be within the oil and gas industry.
