Job Description

Responsibilities include: • Sourcing and Supplier (OEM manufacturers) management in line with sourcing strategy • Relation management, Factory audits, Suppliers follow up (finances, performance…), contracts • Sales / supply planning, ensuring timely fulfillment while managing inventory level and quality • Support sales in achieving targets: promotions, actions, pricing, etc… and defends margins as per targets • Performs competition analysis, pricing recommendations, new product sourcing and launching • Develops market plan for each product, and manage product through its life. • Customizes products to specific needs of countries/channels to suit customer • Ensures respect of norms and regulations such as SASO, ESMA… • Maintains quality of products by monitoring the defect rates, resolving all product complaints as soon as possible by co-ordination with the technical team. • Imparts training/product knowledge to Sales Team • Prepares orders and controls PI. • Manages Inbound logistics

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be 28 to 38 years of age with excellent negotiation & communication skills and have around 6 to 8 years experience in Product Management / purchasing preferably in Small Domestic Appliances Industry (food preparation, garment care, floor care, air care, personal care, health care, …)
