A premium Multinational involved in the manufacturing of food products is seeking to recruit a NPD professional with technical qualifications and know-how. The Organization is involved in the manufacture of specific categories of food, each category being divergent from the other. 

Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the selected candidate will spearhead the development of all new products, beginning with R & D, development of recipes, new package development, drive innovations in both NPD and Packaging development; Monitoring processes in both areas through interaction with factories and the marketing team;  coordinating with Supply Chain; driving New product launches. In addition, the candidate will be fully responsible for the regulatory function which entails quality assurance and control, the adherence to local regulations; setting up templates per region for monitoring of compliance and verification; certification coordination (such as HACCP, GMO, HALAL etc) as well as post launch evaluation for nutritional declaration verification.

Candidate Profile

The person we seek must be a senior NPD professional, with a degree in Food technology or related engineering courses, with demonstrable experience in NPD and package development in the Food Sector. Experience of about 10 years is desirable.
