A leading bank in the UAE is currently hiring a Manager Card Operations to handle the card operations team. Experience in handling a team is mandatory. Responsibilities of this role would include financial settlement, authorization process, charge back, dispute resolution, merchant settlement and all aspects of card operations, production & dispatch. The incumbent would also be required to enforce audit and organizational compliances in the card business operating environment.

The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience in card operations. He must have good interpersonal and communication skills and must also be well versed with Visa / Mastercard regulations.
