Our client is a large Commodity trading business house, with global trading interests. As an extension to their Chemicals business, the Company is now seeking to recruit a Trading Manager who will focus on nurturing their business in Commodity Polymers and Plastics

Job Description

The person we seek must have the knowledge, background and experience to manage a portfolio that is expected to grow with increased business development and account management. Reporting to the Head of the Chemicals Division and the CEO, the selected candidate will manage the business through both the sourcing and the selling cycles. He will manage forecasting, budgeting, pricing, stocking, selling and ensuring the profitability of this particular business segment

Candidate Profile

We seek, Chemical engineers with an MBA who have previously worked with Commodity polymers and plastics and have demonstrated skills in negotiations and foreign exchange management. An experience of approximately 10 to 12 years would be ideal.
