Job Description |

In order to provide both operational and a pragmatic support to both the manufacturing and the distribution segments of the business, our client seeks to recruit a professional who will support the creation and enhancement of shareholder value through the planning, development and execution of financial business strategies, implementing and sustaining of finance processes and assisting in cost effective stewardship of the Company’s assets and operations. Towards these objectives, the selected candidate will oversee the management of all fiscal reporting activities, lead and align strategic planning, develop reliable forecasts, annual operating plans and capital planning processes. In addition, he will ensure the financial integrity of the organization, ensure the preparation of regular cash flow forecasts as well as ensure adequate financing is available at all times. He will also ensure compliance to Corporate Governance, regulations and audit standards

Pre requisites for selection are:
Age about 40 yrs, a CA with about 15 years of post qualification experience in a multinational, manufacturing and a sales distribution driven organization; A good understanding of local statutory laws, high integrity and business ethics and excellent communications; Experience in Senior Executive positions, partnering with the Executive team to build Organizations with experience in emerging Middle eastern and African markets
