The position is based in Dubai and reports to the CEO.
The selected candidate will have overall responsibility for ensuring the efficient management of the business and towards achieving the goals set out in the business plan. He / She will develop new Channels, Alliances and Business Segments in order to create and maintain sustainable incremental sales. Apart from Business Development, Key account management, He/She will also be responsible for growth of direct reservations/ Up sell of direct enquiries and will also be managing yield management. In addition, the person will effectively manage sales, reservations and corporate communications and optimize team productivity and coach team members to bridge the performance gap.
