Our client, a reputed group, with a successful track record of project sales in industrial kitchens in the GCC, is presently seeking to recruit a General Manager who will manage and supervise all the company’s operational and managerial functions and ensure their alignment with the company’s growth strategy.

Job Description

·        Define and implement growth strategy in the region, including organization, commercial and business ROI.

·        Define and implement go-to-market strategy and roadmap to execution.

·        Drive the development of marketing strategy and product offering

·        Partner with sales, product management, finance, operations to drive new account acquisition strategies in the emerging markets

·        Recommend budget for board approval and manage the organization’s resources within those budget guidelines

·        Ensure client satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

We seek senior professionals currently employed with organizations into project sales preferably in industrial kitchens or other industrial products. The candidate must have a vast experience out of which 5 to 6 years of general management experience is mandatory. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to win businesses, develop contracts and maintain long terms relationships with all clients.
