Job Description |
|
Key Responsibilities is Estimation: Preparation of Specification / Bill of Quantities / Costing / Tendering / Execution of Concrete repair projects based on Site Investigation and Laboratory Reports.
Preparation of Notice for proposed variation of running projects, waste water treatment.
Preparation of Specifications / Bill of Quantities / Costing of Leisure projects with Swimming Pools, Jacuzzis, Plunge Pools, Fountains, Ponds, Water Features, Rock works and Hard Landscaping, Shade Structures etc. Quantity take-off, Analyzing cost of, preparing estimates, material quantity and labour and plant requirement. Co-ordination with clients, consultants & contractors of running projects. Quantity take-off, Analyzing cost of, preparing estimates, material quantity and labour and plant requirement. Candidate Profile |
|
A Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineer is required.
UAE Work experience in similar capacity highly desirable.
Candidate must be well versed with BOQ, knowledege of take off from work drawings.
Usage of AUTOCAD, and other software related to estimation.
Good presentation and spoken English.
