They are seeking a Director – M & A to lead efforts to identify target companies for acquisition based on company strategies and criteria and will initiate independent direct contact with potential selling companies. The selected candidate will lead due diligence investigations, prepare and negotiate letters of intent and plan/assist with deal documents, deal negotiations and the execution of definitive agreements. The candidate will be a key member in the group acquisition team, and will assist in the valuation and investment decisions. The selected candidate will develop and maintain relationships with investment bankers, attorneys, accountants, consultants and other sources of operating company deal flow.

The Candidate The ideal candidate will have at least 12 to 14 years experience in sourcing, managing and negotiating acquisition transactions, strong research, financial/analytical skills and strong working knowledge of M&A valuation. A self-starter, creativity, energetic thinking and strong interpersonal skills are preferred. Candidate must have strong leadership and demonstrated managerial skills. Ideally, they should possess an MBA from a top business school or a CPA
