Job Description

You will be responsible to:

• Review the ageing analysis and credit terms together with the Finance Manager and outline a collection strategy to resolve each case.
• Follow up with contractors and sub-contractors for securing the payment.
• Negotiate the terms of settlement.
• Meet collection targets in order to maintain positive cash flow.
• Identify slow moving accounts noting key details on the Credit Control system so that delinquent debts are escalated for case management.  

Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Commerce with minimum 2 years of experience as debt collector in Contracting and trading environment.
• Good negotiation skills with the ability to assess issues and be assertive / firm with customers as required.
• Strong communicator, aggressive and persuasive.
• Ability to understand terms and conditions of contracts
• Basic knowledge of book-keeping, debits and credits.
• Arabic Speaking only.
• Should have a driving license.
