Job Description |

To manage the customer service team in order to provide superior customer services to both internal and external customers and to be proactive to customer needs and expectations.
Internal-The jobholder’s key internal working relationships lies with the Management teams Sales and Production teams as well as Supply chain, Credit Control, Finance,Technical and, Distribution team
External-The jobholder’s external contacts are mainly with customers and Transporters for Ready mix customers.
HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT
Carry out duties and responsibilities in relation to HSE so as to ensure not only the safety of the worker but of other employees and the site.
