A reputed automotive group in GCC wishes to hire experienced Customer Relationship Manager for its Oman operations.

Job Description

Primary job responsibilities would include developing CRM strategies, planning and implementation of CRM activities, coordination of collaborative CRM activities with other high level managers, managing the database and marketing service providers, analyzing ROI on CRM activities and customer value growth, analyzing customer satisfaction, retention & loyalty, training all users, etc.

 

 

Candidate Profile

Smart, presentable Arabic speaking candidates preferably with a Post Graduate degree need to apply.Experience in project management,organizing, formulation & implementation of CRM strategy is required. Background in automotive industry is desirable.
